The Radicle Inclusion Challenge by Nutrien

The Radicle Inclusion Challenge by Nutrien

Following the success of the 2022 Inclusion Challenge, Radicle Growth, a company-building platform for early-stage ag and food technologies, has partnered once again with Nutrien, the world’s largest provider of crop inputs and services, to launch the “The 2023 Radicle Inclusion Challenge Presented by Nutrien”.

The Radicle Challenges are designed to reach the most innovative AgTech entrepreneurs around the globe.

This Inclusion Challenge will focus on the less than 3% of US venture capital invested in women and Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) entrepreneurs to help to unpack insights and challenges faced by these historically underrepresented groups.

We were looking for Food and AgTech entrepreneurs who:

🌱 Identify as female and/or BIPOC, or…
🌱 Were from groups that have historically been underrepresented in agriculture, or…
🌱 Were committed to diversity & inclusion while advancing a sustainable food value chain.

Out of more than 190 entries from across the globe, four finalists have been selected to showcase their work to a panel of industry experts on Pitch Day during the Women in Agribusiness Summit (WIA) in Nashville, Tennessee on September 28th, 2023. Two winners will be awarded a US$750,000 investment each, valuable collaboration with senior executives at Radicle Growth and Nutrien, and access to Radicle’s company-building platform  that will be used to accelerate their growth.
