Ms. Madere is the President and Founder of Proven Leader Advisory, LLC, a
management consulting and executive coaching firm. Previously she was Vice
President, Global Vegetables and Asia Commercial of Monsanto Company, a global
provider of agricultural products.

Ms. Madere serves as a director of Lindsay Corporation.
She is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at the Louisiana State University
Ogden Honors College.

Ms. Madere is a National Association of Corporate Directors Board Leadership
Fellow, and holds a CERT certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from the Software
Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University. She holds a Bachelor of Science
(Chemical Engineering) from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business
Administration from the University of Iowa.

Noralee Bradley is Executive Vice President, External Affairs and Chief Sustainability
& Legal Officer at Nutrien. Noralee oversees a portfolio of corporate functions,
internal communications, and external stakeholder relations, including Legal,
Integrity/Compliance, Sustainability, Government & Industry Affairs, and Brand &
Culture Communication across Nutrien’s global operations in North America, South
America, Australia, Trinidad and Europe.

Since joining Nutrien in 2020 as the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer,
Noralee has played an important role in C-suite initiatives stewarding stakeholder
relationships, internally and externally, utilizing her over 30 years of experience
advising public companies and boards of directors on governance, M&A and capital
market matters. Prior to joining Nutrien, Noralee also served as a director of two
TSX-listed companies and several community organizations in Calgary including the
United Way and the Institute of Corporate Directors. She currently serves on the
Board of STARS Air Ambulance and the Dean’s Advisory Council at the Edwards
School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan.

Noralee holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Juris Doctor, Law from the
University of Saskatchewan and completed the Executive Leadership Program at
Western University’s Ivey Business School. In 2020, Noralee received an Alberta
Queen’s (now King’s) Counsel designation in recognition of merit and community

She oversees the launch and growth of global crop protection products, has executive oversight for strategic business partnerships, and is a member of FMC Ventures’ Investment Council. Allemang was an Executive Vice President at Cheminova. She was the first woman Chair of the CropLife America Board and a recipient of the prestigious Women in Agribusiness Demeter Award of Excellence. Allemang holds a degree in Economics from Stanford University.
