Kirk Haney
CEO & Managing Partner
Kirk Haney is the CEO and Managing Partner of Radicle Growth, a $15M accelerator fund focused on transforming the speed of innovation in agriculture. Under Kirk’s leadership, Radicle secured top tier financial and corporate investors including Finistere Ventures, $150M agtech fund, OurCrowd, $300M funding platform, Bayer Crop Science and DuPont Pioneer. Radicle is partnering with great entrepreneurs to bring disruptive innovation to market while leveraging the platform’s global network to accelerate the development of the new technologies.

Previously, Kirk served as President and CEO of SGB, an agricultural biotechnology company, from 2007 to 2014. Under Kirk’s leadership, SGB became a leader in the development of new crops for food, energy and industrial markets and raised $40M from institutional and corporate investors. Prior to SGB, Kirk was the Chairman and President of Green Millennium. Kirk raised more than $120M in venture and private equity to develop, plant, and manage sustainable reforestation programs in Central America. A majority share of the company was sold to a $3 billion private equity firm in 2007.

Prior to his work in sustainable agriculture, he held senior management positions for 3Com Corporation, ArrowPoint Communications (acquired by Cisco Systems for $5.9B) and Cisco Systems.

Kirk earned an MBA from Pepperdine University and is fluent in Spanish and German. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), is Co-Chair of the YPO Global Agriculture Group and he also serves on the board of advisors for the Ag Innovation Showcase. Kirk is a proud father and he is passionate about food, health and sustainability.

Rebecca Lincoln
Business Analyst & Executive Assistant
Rebecca Lincoln is the Business Analyst and Executive Assistant of the CEO for Radicle Growth, a $15M accelerator fund focused on transforming the speed of innovation in agriculture. With a focus on global Ag solutions, Radicle offers a specialized platform to incubate high-quality agtech companies that can solve global farming problems.

Previously she was the Business Analyst for Bristlecone Holdings, a financial technology startup developing unique solutions for difficult problems and building tools that help businesses make smarter decisions about consumer credit. During her time with the company she conducted research and analysis for potential business and strategic opportunities as well as maintained all investor relations and portfolios.

Prior to Bristlecone, Rebecca has held roles as an HR Coordinator, Program Coordinator, Special Assistant to the President and Executive Assistant to CEO of a non-profit and eight Managing Directors in a large venture debt firm, Hercules Capital. She has experience in many business sectors such as, finance, non-profit, business development, technology and education. In each industry she worked proficiently with Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, and company wide databases. Rebecca is a graduate of Sierra Nevada College where she received high honors and a degree in Entrepreneurship. As a student she served in many roles for Sierra Nevada College including, Tutor, Mentor, TA, Presidential Ambassador, Intern to the Board of Trustees, and Intern to the Sierra Angels.

Before attending Sierra Nevada College, she worked overseas with performing arts group, the Young Americans. Her roles were performer, teacher, director, and manager of all sound equipment and crew. During her three years she traveled to twenty-five different countries needing to speak at least three nonnative languages. In each country the group taught and performed with children ages 3 to 18.
